We are currently seeking a talented Content & Social Media Specialist to join our team and turn ideas into stories that people want to read, watch, and share across social, web, email and campaigns.

Own the planning, creation, and day-to-day management of engaging content across all digital channels to strengthen modulus’ brand presence and drive audience engagement. This role focuses on storytelling, content strategy, social media management and corporate communication, ensuring every asset aligns with our brand guidelines and campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and campaigns.

  • Write and edit high-quality content for social media, website, email marketing, blog articles and sales enablement materials.

  • Conceptualize campaign ideas and content series (e.g., webinars, vidcasts, thought leadership), ensuring alignment with brand voice and tone.

  • Plan, schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Track performance, extract insights and recommend optimizations based on platform analytics.

  • Manage community interactions (comments, DMs), nurture conversations and escalate issues when needed.

  • Safeguard consistency in messaging, tone and visuals across all touchpoints (digital & offline).

  • Draft and execute communication for corporate messaging and CSR initiatives (press notes, internal updates, social posts, blogs).

  • Execute and monitor the allocated content/social budget (tools, production, freelancers when applicable).

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a related role (B2B tech or SaaS experience is a strong plus).

  • Excellent writing and editing skills in Greek & English (clarity, structure and brand tone).

  • Proven experience managing social media channels and content calendars end-to-end.

  • Familiarity with SEO principles, content analytics and social media insights.

  • Working knowledge of HubSpot (or similar marketing CRM/automation tools) is highly desirable.

  • Strong organization skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

  • Hands-on experience with AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, Grammarly/Notion AI, Canva Magic Write) for ideation, drafting and optimization with strong judgment on brand voice, fact-checking, and ethical use.

  • Basic visual editing in Canva for quick iterations (the Designer owns production).

  • Collaborative mindset, curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow.
