We seek a Customer Care Representative to join our team!

This role is crucial in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by addressing client needs, resolving issues efficiently, and creating strong relationships that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. As part of the Customer Care team, you will act as a key point of contact for our customers, offering tailored support and solutions that meet their unique requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Engage daily with new prospects to identify how they could benefit from our products (VoIP services & vPBX)

  • Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers and partners

  • Gather customer feedback and provide actionable suggestions for improvement and market insights to senior staff

  • Analyze and document business needs, acquire customer requirements, and prepare tailored quotes

  • Understand, interpret and manage customer requirements to deliver optimal solutions

  • Offer pre-sales technical assistance and comprehensive product education to partners, respond to RFPs, and support internal teams as needed

  • Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for expansion or improvement

Job requirements

Must have

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Care Representative, Sales Account Executive, or a similar role

  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques and customer engagement strategies

  • Strong tech background and general computer literacy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a collaborative approach

  • Fluency in Greek and English

  • Availability to work in shifts (09:00-17:00 & 13:00-21:00)

Good to have

  • Experience with ticketing systems or workflow management platforms

  • Solid understanding of the telecommunications industry, products, and services
