We are seeking a talented Operations Coordinator to strengthen our team further.

The ideal candidate is a competent professional focused on sales in a B2B tech environment, with superb communication & organizational skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Business Support: Handle "day to day" office management issues
  • Process Optimization: Streamline administrative procedures for efficiency
  • Projects involvement: Participation in various ad hoc projects (e.g. ISO Program 9001 & 27001, GDPR compliance, Subsidiaries, etc.)
  • Paralegal Support: Review and respond to regulatory inquiries, and requests for information and coordinate with stakeholders, as necessary, manage contracts with vendors or customers
  • HR Procedures: Manage recruitment, employee records, onboarding etc
  • Tenders & Procurement Tasks: tenders participation, order processing and financial reporting
  • Facility Oversight: Ensure office maintenance and safety compliance
  • Event Coordination: Organize internal team-building and external company events

Job requirements

Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related subject
  • Preferable 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent skills in computer and office databases (ex. Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Very good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Team Spirit

Good to have:

  • Familiar with ERP Softone
  • Familiar with ticketing system
