We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team!

This role is crucial in driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers. As part of the Sales team, you will be responsible for presenting our telecom solutions, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored offerings that enhance their communication infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce and explain product features and benefits to potential customers

  • Promote our products and services to both existing and prospective clients

  • Identify new sales opportunities and areas for business development

  • Manage customer projects, coordinating the process from initial interest to service activation

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns

  • Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of our products and solutions

  • Attend industry events, fairs, and networking opportunities to promote our company’s solutions and services

  • Gather customer feedback and provide actionable suggestions for improvement and market insights to senior staff

Job requirements

Must have

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, B2B Sales Representative, or in a similar role

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B tech or telecommunications environment

  • Strong interest in the telecommunications industry, products, and services

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English

  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Good to have

  • Experience with ticketing systems and CRM platforms

  • Previous experience in account management or business development
