Modulus seeks a detail-oriented and motivated Wholesale Account Executive to join our expanding Voice and SMS wholesale team. You will support the daily operations of our international interconnect business, assist in partner communications, monitor traffic quality, and ensure the smooth execution of wholesale trading and delivery processes. This hands-on role suits individuals with strong organizational skills and a passion for telecom.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
Assist in the execution of Voice and SMS trading operations with global carriers and aggregators
Support onboarding of new partners: documentation, test traffic coordination, and configuration checks
Maintain accurate records of rate sheets, agreements, and routing preferences
Traffic Monitoring & Quality
Monitor traffic performance metrics (ACD, ASR, PDD, DLR, spam/FAS detection)
Identify anomalies or quality issues and work with Routing/NOC to resolve them
Escalate urgent delivery or termination problems in coordination with internal teams
Coordination & Internal Communication
Liaise with Routing, Finance, NOC, and Account Managers to ensure smooth service delivery
Support the Wholesale Manager with administrative tasks, reporting, and partner follow-ups
Help prepare internal reports on traffic volumes, profitability, and route performance
Process & Compliance
Ensure processes comply with partner SLAs and internal quality standards
Maintain updated internal databases and files for contracts, routes, and contact details
Assist in dispute resolution and traffic investigations

Job requirements
Must have
Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Basic understanding of Voice (SIP) and SMS (SMPP) interconnection principles
Strong proficiency with Excel and comfort working with structured data
Attention to detail and ability to work with multiple teams and deadlines
Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
Good to have
1 year of experience in telecoms, preferably in wholesale Voice/SMS
Familiarity with telecom KPIs and tools for traffic analysis
Experience working with international carriers or messaging aggregators
Knowledge of a second language is a plus (e.g. Spanish, Arabic, French)
