Since 2012, we’ve been delivering next-generation VoIP telephony services to clients across both domestic and international markets. Today, we are one of Greece’s leading VoIP providers, helping businesses across industries embrace modern, flexible, and cost-effective communication solutions that enable digital agility and remote work.
As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Voice and SMS wholesale team and seeking a detail-oriented and driven Wholesale Account Executive to join us.

Role Overview
As a Wholesale Account Executive, you will support the growth of modulus’ international SMS wholesale business. You will help manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and develop long-term partnerships with carriers, aggregators, CPaaS providers, and OTT platforms. You will contribute to the commercial success, operational health, and overall satisfaction of your partners.
This is a hands-on position suited to individuals with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, a commercial mindset, and an eagerness to build a career in the telecoms sector.
Key Responsibilities
Support the management and development of a portfolio of key wholesale SMS accounts (both buy and sell side)
Identify and explore new business opportunities with international carriers and aggregators
Optimize routing and pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining service quality
Conduct regular business reviews and in-depth performance analyses with key partners
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and volume commitments
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (technical, legal, billing, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and successful partner onboarding
Monitor and analyze SMS traffic quality and proactively escalate issues where necessary
Represent modulus at major industry events and conferences (e.g., Capacity, GCCM) to strengthen our global network and brand presence

Job requirements
Must have
Degree in Business, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in account management, business development, B2B sales, or international business
Strong interest in building a career in the international telecoms industry
Substantial commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative mindset
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive international environment
Willingness to travel internationally to attend key industry events
Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
Good to have
1 year of experience in telecoms, preferably in wholesale Voice/SMS
Familiarity with telecom KPIs and tools for traffic analysis
Experience working with international carriers or aggregators
Knowledge of an extra language is a plus (e.g. Spanish, Arabic, French)
